Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Huizhou area, only one and half hours from Hong Kong. Our operating office is located in Longgang Shenzhen.

Q: How many workers in your factory?
A: We have 75 experienced workers with over 3 years experience. Also, we have in house R & D department.

Q: Can you tell me some information about your sales team:
A: Our sales team’s average age is only 25 years. They are full of vitality.

A: For sure. You are warmly welcome to visit us at your convenient time. Once you confirm your schedule please let us know. We would be very glad to assist you to book the hotel and flight. We can pick you up at your hotel to our factory.

[Sample Order Tips ]

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Before start your sampling, we need to confirm product details with you including specification to avoid any possible misunderstanding. After confirm every details, we will send you a sample invoice for your handling on payment. Once we receive your full payment, we will arrange the sampling.

Q: How long for sampling?
A: It usually needs 7-15 days. The actual time is up to how busy sampling line is.

Q: What payment for sampling?
A: We provide customers with many different payment methods for their handling. It includes paypal, west union, credit card, TT, etc.

a)TT payment. We only accept full payment before sampling for amount below $5000.

 

 

b)Paypal. We can accept paypal payment. But it need to plus an extra 5% handling charge to cover paypal’s charge. This payment method is very popular for small amount.

 

c)West union. You also can choose west union to pay your sampling charge. It’s very convenient for your handling on payment. Thank you!

 

 

Q: How about the delivery time for sample?
A: The delivery time for sample is up to the transportation you chosen. For air or express, it only needs several days. For sea, it may need around over 20 days.

a. Shipment by sea, it’s economic but always needs some much time. For sample shipment, it should be LCL shipment. There would be some extra local charges. The regular delivery time is around 25-35 days to arrive at the destination port.

b. Shipment by air, it’s expensive but it’s the quickest method. It just needs one week to arrive the airport nearby you. Sometimes, the forwarder don’t provide door to door service. You need to pick it up at the air port nearby you. For door to door service, the postage from airport to your place would be another charge you need to pay.

c. Shipment by express, it’s expensive but it’s more convenient for you. You need to do nothing just wait for your parcel at your office or home. At present, there are three options available: Fedex, DHL, TNT. Which one is the best choice? It depends on your actual needs. 

[Mass Order Notes]

Q: What’s MOQ?
A: For mass order, the MOQ is mainly decided by the actual graphic design. For customized graphic design, the MOQ would need to be no less than 500 pcs or more. The reason is that printer has a printing machine operating charge. If occasionally we have some stock for graphic you are interested in, the MOQ would be 100 pcs instead of 500 pcs. For some models without any graphic, the MOQ is 20 pcs.

Q: What’s the lead time for mass order?
A: For FCL order, the lead time is usually 35~40 days from the date we receive your deposit or original L/C.

Q: What types of price term you can offer?
A: Our price term is mostly FOB Shenzhen. Also, we can do CIF your port but we need to know the nearest port to your place.

Q: What payment term for mass order?
A: For mass order, we can accept TT, irrevocable L/C at sight. For small amount, we also can accept paypal.

a)TT payment. We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. This is favorite payment method for most customers. It convenient for both of us.

 

 

b)Irrevocable L/C at sight. This is only suitable for amount over $30,000 due to bank charge is really a little high.
